Village man and Poore people of the intervention area have more reliance on agriculture than any other source as means of livelihood. The escalation of agriculture production by enriching the soil and harvesting rain water along with best utilizing the bio – mass is on the priority in the interventions plan of the organization. Gender equality in decision making, planning and benefit sharing is another area of focus and preference of uss foundation because social inclusion and inclusive development is the part of the entire mission of integrated social development of the organization. uss foundation ( uma Shankar singh foundation) vision is of a world in which all children realize their full potential in societies that respect people’s rights and dignity. Universal development of children. To improve the standard of living of children as well as their parents. To provide basic facilities like education, health, employment to every needy person of the society. Creation of equal, equitable, self-reliant, progressive and non- violent society

Those who have taken their wrong path. Who has diverted his routine in the wrong direction. In whose life there is only darkness. who are unable to educate their children. The organization stands with them. Together with them, the organization is making every effort to improve their standard of living. These are people who are deprived of social and economic status. Education is the root of society. Education plays an important role in making the society beautiful and orderly. The aim of the organization has always been that education should reach every person in the society and be educated. The organization is establishing reconciliation with the economically weaker women. They are getting the benefits of economic, social, judicial and various welfare schemes run by the government.

 Strategy of uss foundation
USS Foundation analyses all the problems using a simple rule that “Problem is like a tree, and every tree has its roots”. It assumes reasons for every problem and states that only its effects are visible, not the roots/reasons. So, the first step towards its solution is its understanding, which is done using Problem Analysis. Ultimately the problem is solved from the root. Special attention is given to this strategy so that the problem does not recur.
